We are currently looking for RF Engineers with the following qualifications:

Engineers with design and optimization know-how
- BSEE or equivalent, with 2-10 years of experience
- Proficiency with GSM, CDMA, and iDEN systems is essential
- Candidates must be able to travel and/or relocate to project locations

Employee Referral Program

If an Engineering Solution staff member refers a candidate to an open position,
they may be eligible for a referral bonus of $1,000!

Any staff member on the Engineering Solution payroll can participate, with the exception of
Engineering Solution executive staff, employees in the Human Resources Department,
and direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening.

Any benefits-eligible, full or part-time position that has been posted on the Engineering Solution
website is eligible for the $1,000 bonus. This excludes temp hourly positions such as Student Associates
and International Fellows.

You will receive your bonus after the new staff member has worked 90 consecutive days for Engineering Solution.
Both you and the new employee must be employed by Engineering Solution at the time of the bonus payment.
If the new employee listed more than one referral source, the payment will be evenly divided among those sources.

Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the referral bonus program. Referral candidates who are
current Engineering Solution staff members, those of Engineering Solution affiliates, or those who have worked for
Engineering Solution or one of its affiliates within the last 12 months, do not qualify as referral bonus candidates.
This includes regular, student, as well as staff members working at Engineering Solution through a temporary agency or
as an independent consultant.
- The Engineering Solution Employment and Diversity Department sponsors this program and
reserves the right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for open positions covered by the program.
The Employment and Diversity Department reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis.
